This website contains several resources for working with the Toolkit and is continuously being updated. See Getting Started for an overview and Documentation for more in-depth information. You can also browse previous questions and comments on the Toolkit Forum (a Google Group) or post your own.
Note that due to the Toolkit being a free of charge service for the academic community, ICT can only offer limited support. Also note that the Toolkit uses 3rd party software for which dedicated support structures often exist.
